Former Norfolk Panther Headed to NBA’s D-League

SIOUX FALLS – A former Norfolk standout is getting a shot at professional basketball.

Jalen Bradley was announced as part of the training camp roster for the Sioux Falls Sky Force of the NBA’s G League. Bradley made the team after an open tryout was held last weekend.

Bradley finished his collegiate career at Oral Roberts last winter, averaging 14 points per game and scoring over 1,000 career collegiate points at ORU, Northeast Community College and UNO.

Bradley graduated from Norfolk High in 2012 as the Panthers’ all-time leading scorer and one of the ten most accurate free throw shooters in the U.S.

The Sky Force are affiliated with the NBA’s Miami Heat. They open play Nov. 4th against the Memphis Hustle.
