FREMONT – The Dodge County Board of Supervisors will hold their Re-organizational meeting on Wednesday.
At the start of the meeting the board will receive nominations and hold elections for the positions of Chairman and Vice-Chairman for 2018. There will also be the designation of secretary, “keeper of the agenda.”
A few public hearings will be held during the meeting, including one regarding a consideration to amend the Nebraska Livestock Siting Assessment Matrix at 9:40 a.m. The board will also consider resolutions setting elected officials’ salaries for the upcoming four-year term, beginning January of 2019. The item was on the agenda of their previous meeting, but was tabled so the board could have more time to consider the resolutions.
The Board of Supervisors Re-organizational meeting will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday on the third floor of the Dodge County Courthouse.
