Eastern Nebraska: Saturday evening winter weather advisory in effect

NORFOLK – A winter weather advisory is in effect for most of Eastern Nebraska. Snowfall totals in the northeast region surrounding Norfolk are expected to be between 4 and 6 inches. As we move further south into the Beatrice area expectations fall to between 2 and 4 inches of added snowfall. This means 2-4 inches of snow are expected to fall Saturday night into Sunday morning, adding to totals from Friday’s storm.

Most roads throughout the eastern portion of the state are listed as at least partially covered in snow, with many roads completely covered in areas that received snowfall Friday as well. Watch the video above for more details.
