Faith Regional Breaks Ground on New Medical Building

NORFOLK, NE — A new medical building in Norfolk promises to give patients the highest quality of care, close to home.

On Friday morning Faith Regional Health Services held their groundbreaking ceremony for its new multi-specialty physician center.

The 109,000 square foot building will allow Faith Regional to move forward fulfilling its vision as a regional referral center, according to Faith Regional President and CEO Mark Klosterman.

“With great access to care, top notch providers and doing it in a convenient, one location destination is exactly what we want to achieve being the regional referral center.”

The south medical offices building will also give patients high quality care that’s convenient for them. With the close proximity to the West Campus, Klosterman says it will enhance the overall patient experience.

“It’s focusing on that patient to ensure they have the highest quality of care convenient as possible.”

Not only will the medical office building be greatly beneficial to Norfolk and surround communities, but also from an economic standpoint.

“Over 44% of our workforce comes from communities outside of Norfolk. At an economic stimulus, if you will, or economic development this is a phenomenal project.”

The new medical office builders are expected to be open no later than the first quarter of 2019 and could also feature a skywalk connecting the west campus with the south medical buildings.
