Fremont Man is Arrested For a Second Time in One Week

FREMONT – The Fremont Police Department arrested a Fremont man for the second time this week.

According to Lt. Bottorff with the Fremont Police Department, on Wednesday at 7:15 a.m. officers received a call from the 2000 block of Park Place Drive. Officers responded to that location in regards to a trespassing complaint. The possible offender was still present when officers arrived. The investigation determined the complaint to be valid. As a result, 19-year-old Cody R. Moser of Fremont was arrested for Second Degree Criminal Trespassing.

Also on Wednesday at 6:50 p.m. officers responded to the 1200 block of N. Platte Street in reference to a hit and run accident to a vehicle. A report was taken and it was determined that it was unknown where the actual accident happened. The estimated loss was $500.

At 10:24 p.m. officers received a call from 2300 N. Nye Avenue. Officers had contact with an individual who was uncooperative and also causing a disturbance. As a result of their contact with the individual he was arrested and jailed. 21-year-old Erick J. Gomez of Fremont was arrested for the offenses of Driving During Revocation and Disorderly Conduct.

And officers received a call at 10:41 p.m. from the 1400 block of Keene Avenue. Officers responded to a possible assault at the location, and it was determined that an individual was assaulted, causing minor injury. A suspect was located and was cited. 30-year-old Travis M. Brumbaugh of Fremont was cited and released for Third Degree Assault, Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Criminal Mischief.
