Fremont Police Department Makes Multiple Arrests Tuesday Evening

FREMONT – The Fremont Police Department made multiple arrests Tuesday evening.

According to Lt. Bottorff with the Fremont Police Department, on Tuesday at 7:51 p.m. officers received a call from the 300 block of E. 23rd Street. Officers responded to that area in regards to a female screaming and throwing items into traffic. Upon arrival it was determined the complaint was valid, and attempts to calm the situation were unsuccessful. As a result, 28-year-old Lacey M. Cox of Norfolk was arrested for Disturbing the Peace, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest.

At 9:56 p.m. officers conducted a traffic stop at the 300 block of Jean Drive. During the traffic stop, contraband, drug paraphernalia, and drugs were located in the vehicle. The driver, 19-year-old Aspen S. Rouse of Fremont was cited and released for Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and No Valid Registration. During the stop, the passenger of the vehicle was uncooperative. As a result the passenger, 19-year-old Cody R. Moser of Fremont was arrested for Possession of Marijuana less than an ounce, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Disturbing the Peace, and Disorderly Conduct.

At 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday, officers responded to a call from the 1200 block of E. 9th Street. Officers were dispatched in response to a domestic dispute. During the contact with the individuals involved, the behavior of one of the individuals was disruptive and continued to be disruptive. The individual, 29-year-old Richard T. Curtis of Fremont was subsequently arrested and jailed for Disorderly Conduct.
