WAYNE – Come out to Johnnie Byrd Brewing Company on Friday, December 8 for Chamber Coffee hosted by American Broadband in Wayne at 10 a.m.
This week’s host, ABB decided to locate the weekly Chamber Coffee at the brewery to introduce a higher speed internet. American Broadband likes to show their support for the community in doing business with local businesses. AquaPop will also be providing popcorn Friday.
Christian Jennings has been the Marketing Specialist for the past three and a half years. He talked about what his job entitles.
“I’m in charge of the campaign that introduce new speeds, commercials, specials,” said Jennings. “I also handle social media.”
American Broadband has been working on multiple upgrades the last few years. Jennings added the company will be introducing 100 megabytes per second internet.
“Technology is always advancing and we’re always trying to stay ahead of the curve,” Jennings added. “People get plenty of bandwidth and the have the speeds they need, so we’re pretty happy to introduce 100-meg internet.”
American Broadband also offers local telephone service and long distance as well as many different options of cable.
Along with letting community members know about the 100-meg internet, they like to support buying local and would hope others would do the same for them.
