NORFOLK, NE — A man who refused to leave the Norfolk library was arrested on Wednesday.
The Norfolk Police Department was called to the library for a man causing a disturbance around 5-30 p-m Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say a man followed two teenage females in the library and was rubbing himself.
When police arrived, they saw staff speaking to a man who they recognized as 26-year-old Chad Sholes of Norfolk.
When confronted, police say Sholes began to voluntarily empty his pockets.
They say a zip-lock bag containing methamphetamine, fell on the ground.
Sholes was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
