Norfolk Man Arrested In Lincoln

LINCOLN – A Norfolk man is arrested in Lincoln after a traffic stop.

The Lincoln Police Department pulled over a vehicle for an improper turn around 2 a.m. Friday.

During the stop, the passenger, 26-year-old Steven Armenta-Price of Norfolk tried to conceal his face, he then gave officers a fake name.

LPD says they found brass knuckles with a knife blade under the seat along with an unknown yellow powder.

Armenta-Price has had several run-in’s with authorities in Madison County, most recently in 2017.

Armenta-Price was arrested for possession of a weapon by a prohibited person and providing false information to a police officer.
