DAVID CITY, Neb. – A Norfolk man accused of possessing meth, hundreds of illegal pills and concealed weapons will be sentenced later this year on his felony conviction.
24-year-old Cameron Goldman was convicted of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor-carrying a concealed weapon last month.
Records say a deputy saw Goldman in a ditch in rural Butler County and searched his vehicle after discovering he had a Madison County warrant.
The sheriff’s office says they found meth, over 100 prescription pills of various types, drug paraphernalia, a sword, BB guns and brass knuckles, among other items inside the car.
Goldman reached a plea deal that dropped a second drug charge and another felony charge for missing court while on bail.
He is set to be sentenced on February 6th in David City.
