Norfolk Police Serve Warrant, Find Meth

NORFOLK – A Norfolk man is in jail after police served him with a warrant and found him to be in possession of meth.

Captain Michael Bauer with the Norfolk Police Division says officers went into 35-year-old Waylon Cournoyer’s apartment in the 1300-block of Impala Drive at about 2 p.m. Monday after they obtained an arrest warrant for three counts of delivery/distribution of drugs. During the search, officers found a pipe in Cournoyer’s pocket that tested positive for meth.

Cournoyer was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and is housed at the Madison County Jail.
