Norfolk Public Library to Re-open Friday

NORFOLK, NE — The Norfolk Public Library is re-opening their doors Friday.

On December 1 at 9 a.m. the new edition of the Library will be open.

“It is not a grand opening in the sense of everything being finished 100 percent,” Library Director Jessica Chamberlain says, “but it definitely is open enough that people can come use the building, it’s safe and open for people to enjoy again.”

Chamberlain says there will be some construction work going on and finishing touches that will continue to take place over the next eight weeks or so. Despite that she welcomes everyone to check out the progress so far and enjoy using the library again.

Library goers can park in the parking lot off 4th Street and will enter along the north side of the building.
