NORFOLK – The rain has turned to snow for some in northeast Nebraska.
This video taken around noon in Norfolk, shows the wet and heavy snow starting to cover roads in the area.
Most roads in the area are still drivable, but as the snow continues to come down and temperatures drop into the evening, road conditions will become hazardous. The Nebraska Department of Transportation lists roads east of Norfolk as wet and roads west of town as partially or completely covered with snow.
Madison County is currently in Winter Weather Advisory until 7 a.m. Friday.
Authorities are urging drivers to use caution on the roads.
