WEST POINT – Pierce has so many weapons offensively that one player will likely not touch the ball more than 15 times in a game. That means players have to take advantage of the chances they’re given. Carson Oestreich certainly did that on Friday.
The junior carried the ball 16 times for 161 yards and two touchdowns, while also catching two passes for 22 yards in Pierce’s 45-7 blowout win over West Point-Beemer.
For the season, Oestreich now has 924 yards on the ground and 11 touchdowns.
