During the second game against GACC, the Bluejays took a 4-1 lead into the home half of the fourth before Wayne High would go onto win 11-6. WHS is now 24-3 on the season and have won three straight games. Logan View/Scribner-Snyder falls to 10-20 while GACC is now 10-11 each with one loss.

WHS again came away with two more runs in the third to hold on for the 11-0 win over Logan View/Scribner-Snyder.
In the circle, it was another dominating performance from Tori Kniesche who struck out 10 in four innings of work allowing one hit and walking one batter.
Head Blue Devil softball coach, Rob Sweetland talked about it was great to have Tori back in the circle.
“Took her awhile to get loosened up tonight and it was the first time she’s pitched in a week,” said Sweetland. “So, we didn’t know what to expect with everything that is going on there. But, she did a good job and the kids had solid at bats.”

“A lot of times multiple runs so it’s good to see that we don’t panic offensively,” Sweetland added. “I think defensively we need to slow the defense down at times but we ended making plays.”
Biggerstaff added an inside-the-park homerun while Trenhaile added a single, double.
Tori Kniesche picked up the complete game win in seven innings allowing six runs (one earned) off of three hits while striking out 10 batters and walking another six.
