Aftermath of Violent Storm Still Being Felt
A Bellevue family is happy to be alive along with their 18 month old twins. Details here.

BELLEVUE, Nebraska.  – In the aftermath of this weekend storm Nicki Barber and her husband say they are thankful to be a live.

“Well we purchase the house Tuesday,” shares Mrs. Barber. ” And we got to the house at 7 o’clock last night, and that was going to be the first night we spend in the house and about 30 minutes later this is what happened.”

More importantly the couple is happy that their 18-month-old twins are safe.

” We ran down into the basement and we were just thankful,” Barber explains. “That we have 18 month old twins who were spending the night at grandma and grandpa house, just five minutes away  and we were thankful that they were there and not here in their upstairs bedroom. ”

The Barbers tell me that everything lost in the storms can be replace but not a life.
