Authorities searching for missing Lincoln man who may be in route to St. Louis

An Endangered Missing Advisory has been activated to determine the whereabouts of Harry Franklin Bartlett.

Bartlett, 73, suffers from a mental disability, vascular dementia and other medical problems, and left under unexplained circumstances without necessary medication.

He’s a white male, 5’5″, 160 pounds. Last seen wearing a black coat, dark hat, blue pants and brown shoes. He drives a 1995 Buick Century brown four-door car with a broken left tail light and rust on the fenders. Nebraska license plates “SML-801.”

According to authorities, Bartlett was last seen at 2 p.m. Thursday and may be in route to St. Louis, Missouri.
