Principal Betty Replogle says some additional funds were expected to trickle in, today. The celebration is also a great way to allow students to get in some physical activity.

For several years, students and staff have selected a cause for which to raise support, and the event dates back several years.

Paddock Lane Elementary is where the districts programs for special needs children are offered, and there are several Special Olympians who attend school.

Replogle says the kids love the event, and the weather was perfect.
