Bellevue police arrest man on suspicion of attempted murder early Wednesday
BELLEVUE - Bellevue police arrested two people after a shots fired call early Wednesday morning.
Officers were called around 3 AM to a home near Lloyd Street and Ventura Drive.
Police say there had been a fight between two men.
One man, 23-year-old Tyler Botos pulled out a handgun and fired one shot at the other man.
Officials say the round missed the man and struck a vehicle in the parking lot.
Authorities say that during the struggle, Botos lost control of the handgun and a woman took it from the scene.
Botos was arrested on suspicion of attempted second-degree murder, weapons charges, terroristic threats and criminal mischief.
The woman, 25-year-old Olivia Ashley was arrested on suspicion of tampering with evidence.
