LINCOLN, Neb. - (KNEP) - Nebraska Passport announces schedule changes along with the 70 locations you can visit this tourism season.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Nebraska Tourism Commission has moved the start date for the Passport Program from May 1st to May 23rd. They will also wrap up this year’s program on October 31st rather than the normal September 30th date. These dates are subject to change if needed.

Last year, the program generated $23.7 million in travel spending.

In total, 11 Panhandle locations made the cut for the 2020 program. They include:
