The City of Seward announced, with heavy heart, that this year's July 4th celebration will be held virtually rather than in person. This year, visitors can "attend" the event on Facebook, rather than the town square.

The event will be a recap of previous bicentennial celebrations in Seward, as well as some new events designed specifically for this year's virtual outing.

Events include a high school pet parade, an apple pie making demonstration, National Guard museum flag raising, cannon salute, national anthem, and more.

Attendees for the event will just need to visit the Seward Fourth of July Celebration page on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Seward4thofJuly/
