COLUMBUS, Neb. - A weekend full of events in northeast Nebraska.
The annual Columbus Days kicked off Friday at Frankfort Square.
This year's theme is Dr. Seuss's' Oh the Places You'll Go'.
"I think it truly came from the fact that last year you weren't able to go to a lot of places and this year, you know all the places we'll go, and coming out of COVID-19," said Columbus Chamber of Commerce President Dawson Brunswick.
Brunswick said there are all kinds of events including, inflatables, dancers, food vendors, and even a dog show.
He says the majority of the activities help to give back to the community.
The event will go until Sunday where there will be a parade and a day-long list of events you can find by clicking HERE.
