Bellevue West caps undefeated season with Class A championship
LINCOLN, NE — Round four goes to the Thunderbirds.
Bellevue West defeated the Millard North Mustangs 64-41 Saturday night in the NSAA Class A boys basketball championship game.
The Thunderbirds led wire-to-wire as four players finished in double figures in the win. Bellevue West and Millard North have now split the last the four Class A championship games, with each team taking two of the contests. The win mark's the Thunderbird's first title since 2020 and sixth in school history. Millard North was denied an opportunity at a three-peat.
Bellevue West also finishes the season a perfect 29-0 with the victory.
