HASTINGS, Neb. — McCook avenged a regular season loss to advance to the second round of the playoffs.

After falling to Hastings 23-38 on Oct. 4, the Bison returned the favor by downing Hastings 34-21 Friday night.

Tristan Campbell led the way for McCook with 236 yards rushing and 4 TDs.

McCook will travel to #2 seed Bennington for the quarterfinals next Friday.

Kooper Kohl rushed for 30 yards and 2 scores for Hastings in the defeat.
