LINCOLN - The Skyhawks are back in the state championship game.

Top-seed Skutt Catholic advanced to their fourth straight title game, after their commanding 58-45 win over four-seed Bennington on Friday.

An 11-0 run by the Skyhawks in the first quarter erased an early Badger lead, and Bennington could never get back on track.

Bennington was particularly bothered by bad shooting from 3 (4-of-18), and an inability to get to the foul line. The Badgers attempted just four foul shots to Skutt's 23.

The Skyhawks will play for their first ever state championship, after coming up short in each of the last three years to Elkhorn North.
